SHIPPING POLICY

We courier orders door to door, and worldwide too using our exceptional freight company who are well prepped about our products and handle them carefully ensuring that they arrive at their destination safe and sound. Local orders are sent overnight, however outlying areas generally take  2-3 working days, or sooner depending on location. 

Shipping will be billed for and added to your order. Unless there is a promotion code available for free shipping, shipping will not be free. Shipping cost will depend on your delivery location in relation to our address and may fluctuate if you require same day or over night delivery. The drop down tab allows you to select a region, however if you are in an outlying area, we will be in touch with a cost for shipping your order to you. These prices are for smaller orders (flyer bags) and larger / furniture pieces will be charged according to size, weight and delivery address. 

We will do our best to try and deliver the products to you in accordance with the timescales set out in your dispatch confirmation email. However, we cannot always guarantee that we will meet these dates due to factors beyond our reasonable control. We will deliver the order to you to the delivery address you entered during the ‘checkout’ process. If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your order is signed for by someone else as a result, we cannot be responsible for any loss you incur as a result so please ensure that you have entered all your details correctly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that we do not do any refunds unless the product delivered to you is damaged or defective. We will only refund your money if this is reported within 7 days of the delivery date. If you notice a fault with our products please contact us within 7 days. A full refund will be made back to you, however the courier charges will be for your account. When sending a product back to us, please make sure you send a copy of your printed confirmation email with the reason stated on the back. If you are sending a product back please ensure that the address is stated as 45 Fifth Avenue, Northmead, Benoni, 1501. Where possible, we ask that you please return the products in their original packaging. Where this is not possible, please ensure that products are packaged securely to help ensure that they reach us safely and in a good condition. We regret to inform you that if you do not let us know within the 7 days of delivery no refunds will be made.

Please remember that our products are made from a natural material and although we try our best to ensure we cut the perfect pieces of wood to make up your items, it is a natural material and differences may occur from time to time, especially with engraving. Thank you in advance for your understanding. 

PAYMENTS

Products prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation email. Payments will be taken immediately on order. Payment for all products must be made by one of the methods offered during the ‘checkout’ process. 

If we have not received your payment within 24 hours your order will be cancelled.

HOME OF HANDMADE

Due to each item being handmade, variance may sometimes occur. We try our very best to ensure each item looks exactly like the picture advertised and take pride in making each piece up for you. Unfortunately we are sometimes limited with fabric and trim availability especially during busy periods such as Easter and Christmas where demand is high and lead time for delivery is short, there isn't always time to replenish stock due to order lead time requirements and in such incidents, we will always strive to substitute the trim or fabric with a closely matched one. We will never jeopardize the quality of the item ordered.
